Welcome to The Works! To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to the following guidelines:
RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR
Treat visitors, employees, and the property with respect and consideration. Disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
ATTIRE
Please dress in a manner that is respectful of others and appropriate for a public setting. Gang-related attire, obscene language on clothing, and visible undergarments or revealing attire is prohibited. Shoes and shirts are required to be worn at all times.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Help us maintain a clean environment by disposing of items only in designated trash bins. Littering and defacing / destroying property is prohibited.
PARKING / CRUISING
Parking overnight or in non-designated areas is prohibited and may result in towing or booting at the vehicle owner’s expense. Automobile cruising within the premises is also prohibited.
PETS
Unless authorized service animals, pets are prohibited within the Makers Building and other areas indicating no-pets-allowed.
PHOTOGRAPHY
No commercial photography / videography or media equipment / accessories are allowed on the property without express written consent from our management team. Contact admin@theworksatl.com to request approval. Cameras for personal use are permitted but must not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic, tenant business operations, or another patron’s experience.
WEAPONS
For the safety of all visitors and staff, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
ALCOHOL / DRUGS
Open containers are allowed in common areas only if they are plastic or aluminum, not glass, and must be discarded upon leaving the property. The use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited.
SMOKING
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited on the property. Violators may be asked to leave at staff discretion.
SKATEBOARDING
Skateboarding, rollerblading, or any other similar activities are prohibited.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
During school hours, minors unaccompanied by a parent, teacher, or legal guardian are prohibited on the premises. Unaccompanied minors aged 16 and above are allowed provided they show proof of reduced school hours or completion thereof.
COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES
All visitors are expected to comply with these guidelines and any additional rules posted throughout The Works.
