Atlanta Journal-Constitution: The Works, a mixed-use development in Atlanta’s Upper Westside, has started construction on a 306-unit apartment building that will be completed in 2023.
The project, designed by RJTR and built by contractor Brasfield and Gorrie, will include a mix of floorplans, comprising 70 percent one-bedroom and 30 percent two-bedroom apartments, according to a press release.
