Atlanta Agent Magazine: The 306-unit residential component of The Works mixed-use development in the Upper Westside is nearing completion, with pre-leasing underway and tenant move-ins scheduled for October.
The five-story community, Westbound at The Works, is located at the main entrance of the industrial-inspired development at Chattahoochee Avenue and Chattahoochee Row. It will offer a mix of one-bedroom units (70%) and two-bedroom apartments (30%) ranging from 731 square feet to 1,353 square feet.
