The Camp

Our award-winning signature park is a gift back to the neighborhood. With group-friendly seating, playful spaces and a shady tree canopy, The Camp is an oasis designed for all ages to have fun, relax and be social. Gather with friends for live music every Saturday, have a picnic with grab-and-go favorites from The Works’ restaurants, or enjoy some fresh air with your pup!

The Spur

Our quarter mile linear park is a dynamic path through the heart of The Works. Stretching along the district’s north/south spine, The Spur connects shops and restaurants with tiered walkways and community spaces. Its name pays tribute to the site’s past—more than 70 years ago, trains traveled this route to transport industrial materials. Today, The Spur is a scenic route to explore, connect, and enjoy the energy of the neighborhood. Take a leisurely stroll with your pup, discover one-of-a-kind art installations, or play a game with friends along the way!

Community Art

The Works has proudly collaborated with local artists to curate a collection of murals and installations that reflect the vibrant spirit of the Upper Westside. As you explore the district, you’ll discover artwork that sparks creativity, celebrates local identity, and captures the unique character of the neighborhood—perfect for inspiration or a striking photo op.

Scotty Dog

More than our unofficial mascot, Scotty Dog stands as a tribute to the late Scott Selig—the visionary behind The Works whose approachable, colorful spirit continues to shape the heart of our community. Often dressed to match the season, Scotty Dog is a cheerful symbol of the legacy, creativity, and culture that makes The Works feel like home.

Woodall Rail Trail

The Woodall Rail Trail begins at the future Northwest BeltLine connection at Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard & Elaine Avenue and extends north to The Works’ entrance at Chattahoochee Avenue & Chattahoochee Row. Along the way, trail-goers can enjoy towering trees, vibrant murals, and educational signage that highlights the area’s history. This transformative project will make it easier than ever for the Upper Westside community to reach The Works on foot or by bike!
