Stalls Serving Ramen, Bánh Mì, and Sake Are Planned For Chattahoochee Food Works
Eater Atlanta – Four new restaurant stalls serving ramen, bánh mì, sushi, and sake and Japanese whiskey plan to open at the forthcoming Chattahoochee Food Works food hall in northwest Atlanta, the Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported. Flying Fish, Banh Mi Station, Sakura Ramen Bar, and Sakura Sake and Gift join nine previously announced stalls at the food hall next year.
The 22,000-square-foot food hall and test kitchen in the Underwood Hills neighborhood is a collaborative effort between James Beard Award-winning chef and “Bizarre Foods” host Andrew Zimmern and Robert Montwaid, the creator of luxe food hall Gansevoort Market in New York City. Once fully occupied, Chattahoochee Food Works will feature an indoor-outdoor bar and lounge and 31 restaurant and food stalls. Stalls should begin opening this winter.
