Huge adaptive reuse project Works at Chattahoochee

The developer planning a massive project to convert old Atlanta warehouses near the Topgolf complex into a mix of offices, apartments and boutiques, has released new renderings for the project.
Atlanta-based Selig Development announced the Works at Chattahoochee project in August. The 80-acre development ultimately involves the redevelopment of more than three dozen brick warehouses, as well as the construction of new offices and apartments.
