Atlanta’s The Works reaches full capacity in Phase 1 office leasing

11Alive – Big things are in “The Works” on Atlanta’s westside. The developing company, Selig Enterprises, Inc., announced on Thursday that it has leased 100% of its office space during its Phase 1 leasing at The Works. 

The Works, a mixed-use development in the heart of Atlanta’s Upper Westside, is home to a variety of stores, restaurants and businesses.
