Urbanize: It’s been a big month for The Works, an Underwood Hills warehouse overhaul that’s evolving into something like its own small town within the city.
In October, the Selig Development property topped out its first residential component, a 306-unit apartment venture called Westbound at the Works. And just last week, The Works debuted the sprawling social hub and “eatertainment” concept Your 3rd Spot, which had been in, uh, the works for about a year.
