James Beard Award-winning author and chef Hank Shaw is celebrating the release of his sixth cookbook, Borderlands: Recipes and Stories from the Rio Grande to the Pacific, with a special event at Chicheria Mexican Kitchen. Guests will enjoy a signed copy of the book, an exclusive five-course menu by executive chef Joey Vazquez inspired by the borderlands, curated cocktails and wine pairings, and a Q&A with Shaw about his journey and culinary discoveries.
