The address to The Works’ main entrance is 1295 Chattahoochee Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30318. The address to the Management Office is 1255 Makers Way, Suite D, Atlanta, GA 30318. Tenant addresses vary; please check the directory for specific address.
The Management/Marketing Office is open Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Appointments are not required but recommended. Tenant hours of operation vary; please check the directory for specific business hours.
Visitors may use any of the Up Front Parking spaces located on Makers Way and Chattahoochee Row as well as in the Orange Parking Deck, Westbound Parking Deck or Yellow Parking Deck. There is a parking program managed by AAA Parking.
Enjoy up to two hours FREE parking in Up Front Parking spaces, the Orange Deck and the Westbound Deck. After that time frame, payments will increase to $10 for 2-4 hours, $15 for 4-8 hours and $30 for any session over 8 hours. Yellow Deck parking costs $10 for 0-2 hours, $15 for 2-4 hours, $20 for 4-8 hours and $30 for any session over 8 hours. There is a $.45 transaction fee.
Scan the QR code in your parking zone and follow the prompts, pay through the AAA Parking app or pay with your credit card at the gate.
There are no refunds available.
The Works’ property management staff, ambassadors from AAA Parking, and The Works security team will be available on-site to facilitate managed parking and help customers.
AAA Parking will provide parking management and enforcement on-site seven days a week. There are a variety of parking enforcement tools starting with citations and penalties.
LPR uses cameras to read your license plate when you enter and exit through the gate. It tracks your parking duration and links it to payment or pre-registered accounts.
If you don’t have a license plate or it’s damaged and your plate is unreadable, the gate will open, and the system will use physical vehicle features to track the duration of stay.
Intercoms are located at all exit gates for assistance.

The Works is a dog friendly property and there are several dog waste stations located onsite for visitor use. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and visitors are required to pick up after their pets. Please note that pets are only allowed in outdoor spaces.
At this time, private and semi-private parties can be held at the following tenants. Please coordinate with them directly to book your next event.

The Camp is a private park and a common amenity for all visitors. To ensure a great guest experience for everyone, we cannot accommodate private events at The Camp. We want everyone to enjoy this amazing space and in that regard, we do not allow parties, decor, or signage of any kind in this area. This policy is enforced by our security team.

No commercial photography or videography is allowed at The Works without express written consent from our management team. Professional photographers, bloggers, and other commercial businesses should contact Jennifer Pennington, Property Manager at 678.974.8523 or jpennington@seligenterprises.com to request written consent.
Cameras for personal use (i.e., digital, Polaroid, and DSLR) are permitted; however, they may not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic, tenant business operations, or another patron’s experience. Multiple cameras, media equipment, and accessories (i.e., tripods, drones, Go-Pro, mics, backdrops, flashes, etc.) are not allowed at The Works without express written consent from management.
The Works reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the property that is not in compliance with these rules.
