Phoenix Flies at The Works: Transforming 1950s era Warehouses into a Vibrant Mixed-Use Community

Join us for the 19th year of Phoenix Flies, a three-week city-wide celebration of living landmarks, as they tour The Works ATL! Created in 2003, Phoenix Flies provides an opportunity to learn about, celebrate and strengthen Atlanta’s historic and cultural assets.

This walking tour will cover Phase One, 27 acres, of The Works development. This includes the Makers Building which features several locally owned shops along with Chattahoochee Food Works, a food hall by celebrity Chef Andrew Zimmern and Robert Montwaid; 1255 Makers Way an adaptive creative office space; main street retail to include Scofflaw Brewery, Fox Bros Bar-B-Q; The Camp, a one-acre park, The Camp; and The Spur, a 970-foot linear park and former path for rail cargo.

The attendance for this event is limited and registration via Eventbrite is required.
