Town + Culture presents Danny Simmons: Intertwined

Grab your friends and come out to The Works for this one time exhibition featuring abstract expressionist painter, Danny Simmons. This exhibition will be on display from February 19th through March 18th.

Danny Simmons is a Neo-African abstract expressionist painter, a published author, poet and philanthropist. He is the older brother of hip-hop impresario Russell Simmons and Joseph Simmons (Rev. Run of Run–D.M.C.). Along with Russell, he created Def Poetry on HBO. Danny is the co-founder of Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, which provides urban youth with arts access and education.
