Learn about the history of bitters as well as the many uses for them – going beyond just cocktails (but certainly not forgetting them, either).

During this workshop, you’ll mix and taste 3 bitters-centric cocktails and learn how to use bitters in cooking, baking and more. You’ll also make your very own bottle of bitters to take home with you! Additional cocktail kits will be available for purchase at a discounted price so you can repeat all the cocktails from the workshop at home.
